Madem Reels USA, Inc. located in Chattanooga, TN announced that the Tennessee Career Center, in partnership with the Southeast Development District has awarded the company a grant of $46,000 to reimburse the expense of the company’s new-hire training program.To date, only two companies in the southeast development district have received this On-the-Job (OJT) training grant. The grant funds have been employed by Madem Reels to enhance their in-house training program for new-hires. The program cross-trains employees in multi-sector functions, effectively placing them in positions where they excel.
“Madem Reels has greatly benefitted from these funds. As we enhance our training efforts we achieve production efficiencies that translate into cost savings.” said Mark Kleiner, Madem Reels USA,Inc Administrative Manager.
